Welcome to Gate City Youth Sports!
Welcome friends from Virginia! We are glad you found us, but this is a sports league in IDAHO.
Pictures are Friday, Sept. 13th and Saturday, Sept. 13th in the Chubbuck Elementary cafeteria. Each player will take an individual photo that will then be photoshopped into a team photo. The photo will be distributed at the last game by the coach. The photo is included with the registration costs. The photo schedule will be posted below.

T-ball games will be held on Saturdays at Chubbuck Elementary fields.
We divide the teams into co-ed age/grade level groups.

Practice days and times are set after the teams are created. Volunteer coaches determine the practice time based on their availability. We ask coaches to hold one practice a week.
The season is 6 weeks long starting the first week of Sept. The first game will be Saturday, Sept. 6th. The last game will be Oct. 11th. Parents will be emailed their child's coach's information and practice times by August 29th.
Registration closes August 17th .
Slow-pitch Softball
Has your child moved out of the T-ball age but still needs work on the basics of baseball? Slow-pitch softball is a place for athletes to learn more about the fundamentals of America's pastime.

If you are interested in volunteer coaching and have not already coached with Gate City Youth Sports before, we will need to complete a background check. When doing a background check, we often ask if you have recently had a background check, and will ask you your place of employment. We have many volunteer coaches who are employed with Pocatello/Chubbuck SD25, Idaho State University, the medical field, or are involved in emergency services and will accept those background checks. The reason we do background checks is to make sure we have the best coaches around your kids!
